Secondly, check local insurance and licensing requirements to make sure your contractor is legit and qualified to work in your area.
Also, check to make sure your contractor holds a certification to install the products they are recommending. If they are not certified your warranty is likely going to be void. If they tell you that their manufacturer doesn’t provide certifications, the warranty they are offering is likely useless. Manufacturers usually aren’t going to back up their warranties if they aren’t certifying their installers. They will likely blame any issues on installation.
